Mr Wilkins is an experienced researcher of complex regulatory, policy, market and technology issues in the telecommunications sector. Mr Wilkins applies a regulatory research and business planning background with a leading telecommunications operator in Western Canada, combined with strong quantitative and qualitative analysis skills, to support all projects in Intelecon’s consulting practice. His full-time responsibilities include managing and maintaining the company’s numerous research resources and market modelling tools, acting as the prime research team member on all projects.
