Three studies were undertaken to assess the feasibility of rural telecommunications projects in West Africa. Each included a sector analysis, evaluating the performance of the incumbent operator, the analysis and projection of demand, assessment of the economic benefits and costs of the proposed investments, and commercial projections. Undertaken for the UK Overseas Development Agency.
